Registration Policy and Procedures

We are delighted with your decision to pursue enrollment in our toddler program.  If you have questions regarding any of the following steps, please feel free to give us a call.

In order to be considered for enrollment your child should be between the ages of 22 months and 36 months.  Seats may be filled from all applications received and not necessarily in order of application.

If desired, by appointment, the family may arrange for an introductory visit to Cornerstone to tour our facility and find out more about our school.

Complete and submit the following documents:

•    Toddler Program Registration Form
•    A copy of the child’s birth certificate
•    Registration Card
•    Signed copy of the Parent/Student Contract agreeing to abide by all Policies of Cornerstone Christian Academy, observe the Dress Requirements, and the Statement of Faith (We Believe...).
•    Signed copy of  Toddler Program Tuition Rate Sheet
•    Student Health Form with child’s immunization records attached

Once a completed registration form is recieved, by appointment, the student and parent shall meet with the Headmaster for an interview.  (Not required for candidates with older siblings already enrolled at Cornerstone.)
