Overview of the Cornerstone Curriculum

Our curriculum encompasses...

• A phonetic approach to reading and writting
• Traditional math concepts based on tables, calculations, and problem-solving
• A sound Christian approach to science, with an educated exposure to the theories of evolution
• Foreign language classes
• A complete physical education program
• Instruction in creative arts
• Computer instruction and practice in basic applications (for all students in grades 1st-8th)
• Curriculum for most subjects emphasizing a Biblical worldview
• Before and after-school care programs, plus other after school clubs which have included: floor hockey, knitting, crafts, puppetry, and others
